The process was pretty standard, mostly checking how much experience I have. I spoke with a group of lawyers I would be working with. The questions were serious, but it felt like they were mostly trying to see if I'd fit in. They seem to care a lot about their culture.

I had a bunch of interviews with partners and associates. They asked regular questions and also some to see if I'd fit in and what my career goals are. It was mostly about seeing my personality.

The Firm isn't hiring right now but they wanted to connect with me in case an opportunity arises. The interviewer was really pleasant and personable.
