My resume was found online and I had an immediate phone interview. The following week, I went to their campus for an in-person interview. It took about 4 weeks and me following up a lot to get the official offer after they gave me several verbal offers.

It started with a campus meet and greet with administration staff. It was pretty minimal, more of a campus introduction and an overview of the services and programs offered, along with their associated classrooms. The director, Christina Taylor, was super sweet. The campus is nice and well-kept, with pretty shrubs in the front.

They have such a high turnover they just need bodies and don't check reference or pervious job history. I had submitted my resume 2 months prior and got a random call that they were still looking to fill the position. The person before me was only there a week or less.
