The hiring process was really fast and straightforward. It mainly focused on basic knowledge about tacos and burritos. They asked typical questions you'd expect for food service and customer service roles. It was easy to get in touch with them during the whole hiring period.

It felt really rushed, I guess they had to do that to keep things moving but it was a bit too fast. I did get the job though.

I got an application, turned it in, and then didn't hear anything. I called the manager, and they seemed interested. We had a one-on-one casual interview. They said they would call me, but didn't. I called them back and got hired. After working there for 7 years, I learned that many managers are busy and get a lot of applications. If you don't get a call, call them or show up in person after a few weeks. It helps if you're over 18 and can work nights. If you know someone, have them put in a good word.
