First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mighty.
Analyst
The interview process had six total interviews. I spoke with Talent for one, then met with four people from the team I would be joining, and finally had a conversation with the CEO. These were all really positive and open conversations where we discussed expectations, what I would contribute, and the day-to-day of the job. The entire thing took a little over two weeks. The Head of Talent gave me feedback after each set of interviews. It was a very positive experience.

Senior Accountant
I ended up speaking to four different people, including the CEO and CFO, over the course of 2.5 weeks through a series of Zoom calls. Everyone I spoke to was cordial, intelligent, and pleasant, and by the end of the process I was pretty excited to join the team.

Business Development
The interview process was really disorganized and unprofessional. I was told one thing, but it turned out to be something else. First, I had a call with the Head of Recruitment, then with the CEO. During the CEO call, it was obvious he was multitasking and not paying attention, which was distracting and unprofessional. I still went for the in-person interview, where people seemed confused about why I was there. I was supposed to meet the recruiter and CEO, but neither was available; the CEO was apparently on vacation during a weekday. I tried to salvage the interview, but it was hard to stay positive given the company's disorganization. Nobody knew I was coming, and the people I did speak with were easily distracted. I never heard back after the interview. It was the most disorganized and unprofessional interview experience I've had.

Customer Experience Representative
The interview process was clearly laid out. They told me the timelines and what would happen next. I liked that I could easily talk to different people on the team, even the CEO. They answered my questions and cleared up any worries I had.
