It was a quick interview process. About a week after applying, they contacted me for a self-recorded interview. A few days after that, I had a face-to-face interview with the branch manager.

The interview process included a video interview using Spark hire, which was super easy to use and gave me all the time I needed for my answers, followed by a really long in-person interview that lasted about an hour and a half. They went through so many duties for the role that I honestly wasn't sure if I wanted it by the end of their description.

Behavioral Other

It was a virtual interview first, you answer questions on video and can re-record as many times as you need. Then, I had an in-person interview that was pretty casual at the office. They asked really basic interview questions, seeming to care more about whether I'd fit with the team than about the specific job.

The interview process was quite lengthy and involved numerous stages. Initially, I had to complete a form sent via email, followed by a predictive behavioral assessment. Subsequently, I undertook a one-way video interview before being invited for an in-person interview.
