I applied online and was invited for an in-person interview. They made me an offer on the spot. I spoke with the CEO, and the whole process was very open and simple. I accepted the offer, and the background check took about two weeks to clear.

I sent an email via their website and got a call back to schedule an interview. I confirmed if my salary expectation (which was stated on their website) would be an issue, and was told they were flexible. I have relevant experience in internet distribution. After filling out an application, I had a short 'interview' with unclear questions that didn't probe my qualifications. They mentioned flexibility on salary for the right experience. A couple of weeks later, I got a rejection email. I suspect salary was the reason for no offer, which wasted my vacation time. The office seemed busy but nice, but the 'process' was a waste of time. This short 'interview' should have been a phone screen.

The interview process started with a phone interview, and then there were two in-person interviews. The last interview was with the owner. The whole process took quite a while. I actually had another job offer, but I had to wait for their decision before I could make up my mind. They don't seem to be in a rush to hire people.
