Behavioral Technical Other

Standard interview process with a first interview that entails meeting the Operations manager and a member of the executive team. Plenty of opportunity for open conversation about expectations and requirements for the position. Received a phone call within a few days to return for a second interview. Second interview was a bit more technical based questions with a short aptitude quiz at the end. Quiz had several situational questions to determine what a potential employee would do in a specific situation (such as a laptop being unable to connect to the internet).

Technical Other

The interview was pretty basic and generic. They asked some simple technical stuff, then gave you a test to complete within 30 minutes. After you brought it back, they'd grade it and say, "we'll call ya back if we like ya".

First, I downloaded, filled out, and emailed a PDF form. A few days later, I had a phone interview. It had some technical questions but mostly focused on things like why I want to work there and if I'd relocate. After that, they set up an in-person interview. It was in the manager's office with two senior technicians who asked technical questions. Once that was done, I went to a local company for a background check and drug test. After those results came back, they called and offered me the job. The whole thing took about two weeks from applying to getting hired.

Applied using a PDF form and my resume. Got a call back from HR to talk about basic stuff like where I'm willing to work, my background, what I'm looking for, and some tech questions. Had an in-person interview the next day, then a second interview by the end of that week. Got a job offer a week after that.
