The interview process is really long, with essays and many interview rounds with different staff and management. It felt pretty useless, and I found out everyone spends a lot of time interviewing.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty standard interview process, and everyone I met was really nice. They asked some good questions. The staff seemed friendly, like a close-knit group. I met with several different managers from various departments. They did a solid job of describing what a sales person's daily routine is like.

The interview process took 2 months and involved meeting with 4 different groups of people, totaling 27 employees. There were long delays between each interview. Although I didn't get the job, the main issue wasn't the rejection itself, but the fact that they wasted over 8 weeks of my time when I thought I was going to be hired. It was the worst interview process I've experienced, and they seem to take pride in how they vet applicants.
