I think they keep posting the graphic designer job because it's fake. They interview people, tell them they hired someone else, and then post it again. Maybe they want free ideas, or they're looking for a miracle candidate, or just collecting resumes for later. Whatever it is, it's a waste of everyone's time.

First, I had a phone call with HR, and then I spoke with the hiring manager. Each of these calls took about 30 minutes to an hour. The hiring manager was very unprofessional. It didn't seem like a good fit for either of us.

This was one of the most frustrating interview processes I've been through. It took about two weeks. The first phone interview was fine, but the in-person ones were totally different. I don't know that I've ever walked out of a job interview feeling as stupid as I did this one. My answers were met with condescending replies like, "Well, THAT was easy to choose, wasn't it?" and "Hm, that's VERY proficient. Interesting." My responses were treated as if I had never had an interview before and that I was lying about my experience. I knew halfway through I didn't get the job. When I got into the room with the second individual, they began to absolutely shred my resume. It felt more like I was back in school and a teacher was grading my work in front of me. Very unprofessional. When I stated my requested rate of pay, it was brushed off several times as if it didn't matter. They probably would not have paid me more than $11 or $12 an hour. They sent me an email declaring they were no longer pursuing my candidacy after a week of hearing nothing. All in all, a very negative experience and I would not apply here again. Good luck to whoever receives the position, I certainly hope your experience is better.

I put in my application on the website, which was pretty straightforward. If they felt I was a good fit, they invited me in to chat with the general manager in his office one-on-one. The interview was pretty short, about 20 minutes, and it felt easy. They also showed me around the club and all the facilities.
