It was a very deep and detailed interview, good for technicians and site engineers, but it wasn't really a management-level interview. The interview seemed based on and limited by the interviewer's knowledge, not focusing on work problems, how to solve them, how to plan, or how to manage. It was all about how to fix and how to install things.

I had an interview with a senior architect. They really wanted to know about my past experiences and what I learned from them. The architect was testing my ability to perform under pressure. They'd interrupt me right after asking a question to see how I'd react. I figured out later they were looking for a more aggressive response.
