The interviewers were high-level employees who have been with the company for a long time. They seemed genuinely interested in the subject matter and in me. It was a 2:1 interview, which can feel intimidating, but they were actually really welcoming and nice.

Two interviews were required, which felt like the average situation for a job interview. I did get the feeling that one of the people interviewing me was not impressed with my qualifications.

I had one interview, which was with two lower level managers and one senior manager. It was the only interview I had, and I didn't have to go back multiple times. They called a few weeks after the interview to let me know I got the position, then they made me an offer with compensation and benefits. I accepted the offer a few days later.

The whole thing really depends on the manager and if you vibe with them during the interview. It's a plus if they already know you. I only had one interview with her since I was internal.
