The interview was quite thorough, with several committee members asking specific questions, and they were clear. The interviews were engaging and they really considered my responses. They listened and took notes. Keep in mind, this isn't how it works for all departments though.

Everything went really well, the people were nice. It was a good experience and the work environment seems positive. The salary is a bit low, but the benefits and bonus are pretty good. I'd recommend it, especially for someone just starting out.
