The hiring process was amazing, I was contacted and then hired. The student population and environment are the best! I'm hoping to work in this field for many years. Hired after a great process. Best students, best environment. Excited to be in this field for years to come.

The interview process was a standard search committee process done over video conference. The people I met seemed nice, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. I got quick feedback and an invitation for a second interview on the same day. They seemed focused on hiring someone, which was good.

I emailed my application for the job and got a call back within a week to set up an interview. The interview was in person and was scheduled for about 5 weeks after the initial call. I was interviewed by a panel of 8 professors. They also had me take a written test and demonstrate lab techniques in front of them. About 2 weeks after that, they emailed me with their decision.
