First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mid-Atlantic Media.
Art Director
After some emails with the Editor, I came into the office to over my portfolio, and look at some of the projects that they were working on. We discussed my working style, and she explained their working environment. Some of the senior team members came in and asked me some challenging questions.
- Can you tell me about the number of publications you have contributed to?
- Describe your collaboration process with other designers.
Writer
I applied and got a call to schedule an interview. The interviews were conducted via Zoom. The first round was a one-on-one phone call, and then I had interviews with multiple team members.
- What makes you interested in this writer role?
Advertising Consultant
The interview was really easy and I felt comfortable. The management and I had a lot in common and got along well. It was ethical but also personal. They gave me the chance to talk to other reps and invited me to upcoming events.
- What motivated your choice to pursue a career in sales?
