First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Microtech Staffing Group.
Technical Recruiter
First, I was contacted by phone. Then, I was invited to come into the office for an in-person interview. They even contacted me while I was on PTO, and they knew I was. I got to the interview and was interviewed for two and a half hours. I never heard back from the company and was ghosted. I just wish the company was more transparent and professional.
- Can you describe your experience with standard interview questions?
Sales Associate
Sandra was super helpful explaining the job duties and what I'd be doing. We talked about the different job openings at the company, and the various shifts and pay rates available.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Production Planner
The company rep was nice, but not very informative or encouraging about my candidacy.
- Tell me about your past jobs and confirm your honesty about them.
Business Analyst
I connected with Robyn Wolf, a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Microtech Staffing, who found my resume online. She was interviewing me for a full-time, permanent role she was staffing with another company. We had a candid discussion about the role, and she confirmed my background was a good fit. She also shared insights into the company's culture. Her support and guidance were invaluable as I transitioned from a Fortune 100 company to a smaller, more stable company that offered better benefits and salary.
