It was a long process with about 5 interviews spread over 2-3 months. It covered general experience, technical knowledge, data modeling, BI related questions, and communication skills. They also asked about travel requirements and did a background check. I was referred by an employee and had a phone screening with several team members from different locations. Some questions were standard, like 10 questions, while others were more conversational with Q&A. Everyone seemed really excited about the company at the time. Passing a boot camp was a condition of employment.

I interviewed with staffing and the outcome was that I completed and submitted aptitude tests which took over an hour. After submitting the tests, I reached back out to my staffing contact on several occasions through varying communication mediums and received no response. I invested time interviewing and taking the tests, and I would expect as a courtesy that the staffing team acknowledge my communications and provide a status. I'm still waiting for a call back, not holding my breath. Bad experience.

I emailed the HR rep to set up a time to talk. We had a phone call about my resume and the job requirements, which lasted about 20-30 minutes. A few days later, I had a phone interview with one of the project managers. They asked me specific questions about my resume and threw in some brain teasers at the end. They also asked me about my SQL knowledge and customer service experience.
