First, there was a 30-minute HR call. Then, two online tasks were given, one logic test, one language test and one design test. Lastly, there was a 1.5-hour interview at the office where we discussed cloud services and troubleshooting, and how I would design the web app and move secrets from one KV to another.

Behavioral Technical Other

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. The first chat was a phone interview where they checked my English, asked about past work and what I wanted to learn, and my availability. Then, I got a few online tests. The first was logic/math stuff like data analysis and sequences. The second was English multiple choice. The third was about general customer service and business knowledge, with some really subjective questions, and honestly, some questions weren't even relevant to the job. I felt good about the tests, but got rejected the next day with a vague "we will not go further with your application." It felt like a waste of time since the recruiter clearly checked my profile first.

Behavioral Technical

I applied through Indeed and was contacted by a recruiter. The first step was a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by some online assessments that weren't too difficult. After that, I had a second phone interview with the hiring manager. The final stage was an onsite interview with some team members and managers. The whole experience felt positive and professional, and HR was quite responsive and flexible. The entire process took about a month and a half.
