The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“Nice process, simple to follow all the steps to move through the interview stages. People at the company were friendly, on time and gave clear instructions. Needed to go through multiple interview stages to get the role.”Candidate-reported process
“Resume shortlisting, two technical rounds, one managerial, one director level interview. Deep technical knowledge needed. Communication skills evaluated, troubleshooting skills, analytical thinking skills checked. Confidence, empathy, customer success, behavioral skills evaluated.”Candidate-reported process
“There were three interview rounds. The first and second rounds were technical, with some scenario-based questions as well. The third round was an HR interview. Each round was about 20–30 minutes. The technical questions mainly focused on networks, troubleshooting, IAM, cloud, and some basic AI topics. The scenario-based questions were meant to see how I would handle tough situations in a corporate environment—for example, how I’d prioritize around ten different tasks, or what I’d do if a new issue was given to me and no one was available to help.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
