Il processo di selezione in Microsoft è stato molto cordiale e professionale. - Le domande del colloquio erano ben strutturate e focalizzate a valutare competenze gestionali in scenari critici, come la conduzione di War Room e la gestione di situazioni di emergenza. È stato lasciato molto spazio per parlare del rispetto dei protocolli operativi, della capacità di mantenere lucidità sotto pressione e dell’attitudine ad apprendere rapidamente in un contesto complesso e altamente strutturato. There were three different interviews with hiring managers from various departments. They asked over 20 questions. The initial pre-interview email said that applicants should get ready with a presentation about a project they worked on. But during the actual interview, the hiring managers didn’t really seem interested in that presentation. They said we will receive proper feedback, but the feedback we got wasn’t sufficient at all.

The process was very long and honestly unnecessary. There were 4 interviews in total stretched out over 2 months. I was told I was successful after the final interview and that I would get an offer soon. After that I never heard back again, and now it’s been 2 months. It feels extremely unprofessional. When I ask the recruiter what happened they don’t know. They can’t even say if the role is still being recruited for, on hold, or give me any information at all. It ended up being a total waste of my time and showed absolutely no respect for the candidate.
