The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

There was 1 standard phone call, and then 3 interviews with different people in one Super day. Each of those interviews were behavioral and focused on a specific topic: data, cross-collaboration, and campaign strategy.Candidate-reported process
Easy - super hiring day with multiple hiring managers from across the org. Interviews with 3 managers. It was focused on prioritization for three roles. Everyone was very nice and I felt comfortable and at ease.Candidate-reported process
Four interviews in one day, all 45+ minutes. Met with multiple people on the Minecraft team. Everyone was nice and respectful. The recruiter was great. A few weeks later, after they told me they went with a more senior candidate, they reopened the role but I was not being considered for it. They did require an assignment but it was positioned as a thought exercise.Candidate-reported process
