The interview had two stages, including an assessment center. In the first stage, I had a call with a recruiter, who gave an overview of the role and asked about my background and experience. The second stage, the assessment center, included a group discussion, a problem-solving exercise, and an individual presentation. I could actively participate, share my ideas, and present my solutions clearly. In the final interview, the hiring manager asked me some questions about my experiences and shared more details about the job and the company. Overall, the interview process went smoothly, and communication was clear throughout. The recruiter and hiring manager were friendly and informative, which helped me prepare better.

I applied through LinkedIn and first had an interview for Linux and Networking and got shortlisted for this Azure Support Engineer role. They asked scenario-based questions instead of direct ones. There were 5 levels of interview - 2 technical rounds, 1 communication round, and 2 manager rounds. The interviews were very friendly. The interview was for candidates with 3-8 years experience in Linux & Networking.

First triage explaining the job and if you are still up to continue. Then a tech interview with two Microsoft employees, one focusing more on tech and skills and the other more on comportamental aspects. I was able to answer all the tech questions correctly but after being asked about my "Stress definition" which they didn't like, I didn't receive good feedback. It was not a good interview: "The candidate had good technical knowledge in the areas of AKS, Kubernetes, containers and Linux, however when we tried to assess their suitability for the team we identified some issues with their ability to explain how they would troubleshoot issues, and also handle stressful situations."
