Software Engineer
So the interview had a phone screen and then a face to face. The phone screen was with the director, who was pretty technical. Mostly asked about my projects, lasted about an hour. Then the face to face, which had a written test for 30 mins, then interviews with the director and the CTO, both technical, for about 2 hours. They were both nice and answered questions well. The interview was mostly about past projects and what I achieved. The director interviewed me again, still mostly about project details.
- Could you detail your experience with your projects?
- Tell me about your accomplishments and previous work.
- Describe the work you've done on your projects.
Account Executive
The interview process started with a round with two sales individuals, one of whom was a Sales Director and the other a new team member. The subsequent round involved an interview with the SVP of Sales. The interviews heavily focused on my experience with SW BPM. While some candidates were asked to do a presentation, I was not. Everyone was friendly, and despite the company's growth and talk of a 'family' environment, it still operates like a small company where the SVP and Director of Sales have significant control. The flexibility mentioned during the interview process isn't entirely accurate.
- Can you describe your experience selling BPM-type software?
Project Manager
I was first reached out by a recruiter. Then I had a phone screen with the recruiter. After that, I had a phone interview with the Director. The next step was an in-person interview where I met the Director, a Manager, and a Director from another department. They also gave me a short skills-based test. The interview day finished with a tour of the office.
- Can you describe your approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously?
Business Analyst
Phone screening first, and then later on, three interviews happened back-to-back in person. Recruiters were super responsive and friendly. The interviews typically involved two managers and one potential teammate. Often one manager was friendly and the other was dismissive, but this seemed more random than planned.
- Can you verbally break down a requirements document?
