First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MicroHealth.
Back Office
I had a phone screening with HR first. Then, I came in for an in-person group interview. They asked a bunch of questions and were really focused on making sure we were a good fit for each other and my long-term growth.
- What do you know about MicroHealth and what made you apply now?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- Tell us about your true passions and interests to make sure it's a good fit.
Test Manager
So first there are two screening interviews, and then after that there's a committee interview. The questions they ask are related to your qualifications and the job and tasks.
- Can you share your experience and explain how it aligns with the requirements of this role?
Proposal Writer
Had a casual chat with some senior staff who seemed to know their stuff. We talked about what they expect, what my goals are, and what the office vibe is like. They were super quick with their response, like within a few hours max. It felt pretty chill, and we went over my writing sample, which was pretty straightforward. They didn't try to trip me up with tough questions.
- In what ways do you see this role advancing your career?
- What led you to pursue a career in writing?
- How do you think you can contribute positively to the team?
