The interview process was not good. The first round was with the delivery head of India. The second round was with the global delivery head from the US. The final round was with a Senior Project Manager. I wasn't allowed to finish answering the questions, and it felt like a formality because they had already chosen someone internally.

I had a really rough time with this client. They seemed to mislead candidates about the role. The questions were basic, but they dug really deep into the functionality of everything, to a point where nobody could possibly know all the details. It felt like they were trying to trick candidates.

  • Were candidates made to feel foolish during the process?

The hiring process and the interview experience were pretty standard, much like what you'd expect from other large corporations. They set up a formal interview, and upon successfully completing it, I was extended an offer, which included the company's policies and the terms of employment and association.
