I put in my application through LinkedIn and a recruiter from a staffing agency reached out pretty fast for a phone screen. After we talked, the internal team took over and I spoke with a Microdesk recruiter. It was a pretty standard chat about my background and experience, and we also went over the job and the company. The next step was a phone interview with the CEO, who was the hiring manager. That was also a really quick chat. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview at their NYC office with the CEO. I also met with other people from the company, like the Director of Marketing. Honestly, the speed and smoothness of their interview process really impressed me. Both the internal and external recruiting teams kept me in the loop and were easy to get a hold of. Their hiring process really showed me what the company culture is like, and that made me feel good about moving forward. All in all, it was one of the best recruitment experiences I've had.

Super fast, no-nonsense interview process here. I'm so used to companies taking forever and ghosting, I was starting to think this was a scam! Seriously, they called to set up a phone screen the day after I applied. Then, maybe a day after that first call, I had a second phone interview with the hiring manager. And get this, just another day or two later, I was set for the in-person. The in-person was on a Friday, and boom, offer by Monday. It was unlike anything I've experienced. The first phone screen was quick, with what felt like standard questions. I was worried they weren't into me since it was so direct, but now I see Microdesk recruiters are just efficient and know what they want. The later phone call and the in-person with the hiring managers felt more like chatting, which makes sense since they're the ones you'd actually be working with. Even if I didn't get the job, this process gets 5 stars. They really respected my time and were speedy with updates. You should totally apply!

I applied for a role in Florida and got a call for an interview. It started with a phone chat with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager, which felt successful. Unexpectedly, I was told I wasn't eligible for the original position but they had a different role for me, so I was put in touch with a manager in New York. That interview also went well, but then things shifted, and I was scheduled to interview with a manager in Boston. The interview with the Boston team was great, but then, out of the blue, I was informed the Florida position was available again and I'd need to interview with their clients. After that, I asked for a quick decision because I had another offer. The HR team was not responsive to my time sensitivity.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out. We had a 20 minute introductory call, and it sounded amazing. The next step was a 30 minute phone interview with the regional sales VP. He seemed like a micromanager, outlining a lot of meetings, training, and a weekly Monday call from 5-6pm. We discussed the job and my experience. He seemed to think that reselling products doesn't need much experience since customers know what they want or renew their contracts. We ended on good terms. I told the recruiter the next day I wasn't interested anymore.
