So they had to reschedule our first interview five times, and four of those were either last minute or after the scheduled time. I didn't really feel like it was a professional or courteous experience overall.

I sent my resume and cover letter. Then I had a phone screen and then an in-person interview. Both interviews had typical questions and relevant technical questions. They also gave me a math test at the end of the in-person interview.

The interview process started with a 30-minute phone interview where they asked Microbiology questions. This was followed by a 2-hour in-person interview with 4-5 people, which included a short math quiz. I was extended an offer, but it was revoked when I expressed a desire for some pre-scheduled days off from overtime for personal appointments and family time, despite the standard schedule being 8-5 (45 hours/week) with overtime expected at any time, and no clear time off on weekends or after 5 PM. The offer letter also included a clause requiring me to sign an agreement not to post negative reviews about the company online. The company doesn't reveal these details upfront, only after you've gone through the phone interview, waited, completed the in-person interview, had references submitted, and waited another week for the offer.
