Behavioral Presentation

I was contacted at my current employer from MicroAge. They were searching for sales executives for IT. I met with the company Sales Vp and a few of the current employees and was shown what some of the earning potential was there. They offer a completely commissioned position at 50% of your profit but give a draw from that for a monthly salary. When I started, there was a small amount of training involved for the first 2 weeks but the expectations were not completely clear, so there was a bit of confusion on my part with how to start at this new company. The training diminished over time for the next couple of months, but every once and awhile there was an hour class to attend.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

We had a dialogue-style interview where I got to show my unique qualities. There were two separate interviews with IT and Cybersecurity leadership. I was given the chance to show why I'm a good fit for the company. If you know your resume and your skills well, the interview process will be easy.
