First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Micro-Star International.
Business Development Manager
The interviewer sent an email to schedule the interview and check my availability and visa status. HR then rescheduled and sent a meeting link. The LA Senior Director and Sales Director interviewed me. I realized they were looking for B2B experience, not B2C. The interview was very short and felt like a waste of my preparation time.
- Do you have experience in the B2B field within this industry?
Project Manager
This is a pretty standard interview for a PC company. They want to know about your background with mother board projects and how you deal with problems. Customer management skills are also important for this job.
- Can you tell me about your experience with mother board projects and how you handle issues, including customer management?
Channel Marketing Specialist
HR first reaches out via 104 and LinkedIn to gauge interest. If interested, HR schedules a brief 10-15 minute phone call. The next step is a video interview with the hiring manager, where you'll present a case study and project introduction for 60-80 minutes. The hiring manager can interrupt with questions at any time.
- How would you organize specific online and offline events?
Sales Assistant
The interview process was pretty chill overall. They asked some questions I wasn't expecting for an interview, especially for a UK-based job. It also seems like they're always on the lookout for people new to the workforce for this entry-level position.
- What prompted your decision to relocate to the UK?
