It was a nice, kind, and comforting experience. They were not mean and it felt conversational. I didn't feel weird afterwards, and nobody yelled at me. They shook my hand and made great eye contact. I still have not met the 30 word minimum for Glassdoor's policy, so I'm just going to keep on typing until I get there.

If someone's kid, spouse, or sibling needs a job, you lose. It doesn't matter that their degree is in biology and they have no experience and this is an HR job. The daughter-in-law will get it because she can't find another job nearby. Be smarmy and do not demand too much of any subordinate that has a relative in HR, because they can and will keep you off interview lists. This place is going to get whiter and whiter and I would suggest, lazier and lazier.

The interview was conducted with a panel of all the immediate personnel that I would be working with. A packet of questions were provided that I had to answer and the panel members that asked each question would alternate. The entire interview took approximately 2 hours. Within this time, this included the panel asking specific questions, follow up questions, and potential scenarios that I would need to respond to. That latter part of the interview involved a skills test that was not timed but how long you took was observed.
