It was a pretty standard interview process, nothing too out of the ordinary. The conversation was good and the questions were on point and relevant to the job. Started with a phone interview to screen me, then an in-person interview where they asked more job-specific questions.

I had 3 interviews with 2 different people. For the third interview, they asked me to drive my low-mileage lease car 160 miles round trip. After all that, I got an email saying they were moving forward with other candidates and didn't give any feedback. If you're going to make me drive that far, at least give me some feedback so I can improve.

This was one of the worst interview processes I have ever been apart of. The process started with a half hour phone interview with a recruiter who was very friendly. About a week later I was invited to interview at one of the branches with the recruiter and two other branch managers. I will say that the first in person interview was professional and everyone I met with was friendly and explained the job duties well. They did, however, make me interview for two full hours with a mask on even though we were sitting on entirely opposite sides of the room and well beyond 6 feet. I was not offered any water and if I did not bring my own, I would have been screwed due to my mouth drying out from talking so long with a mask on. This made for a very uncomfortable interview and no other place I interviewed with required me to keep a mask on the whole time. The questions followed the STAR technique. They were pretty difficult but I was well prepared for them. If you try to go into this without any preparation, it won't end well as many of these questions are hard to come up with answers on the spot. A week later I was invited to a second round interview with some sort of regional higher up manager, another shop manager, and a different woman from HR. This is where the interview process nosedived. I was greeted by the receptionist and told to go into the conference room to meet with the interviewers. Two of them were virtual and the other one was in person. The higher-up manager who was the only one in person never acknowledged that I entered the room and was texting the whole time. After a few minutes of awkward silence, I had to try and start a conversation to relieve the awkward tension. Throughout the entire interview process, this same person never seemed to care for my response and would ask a question and then go back to texting as I tried to answer. The worst part is that this particular individual chewed tobacco the entire time as well and had an entire spit jar sitting right in front of me. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and not something I would have expected at a second round interview with higher up management. Again, I was forced to keep my mask on for the entire two hour interview and was not offered any water. They asked similar STAR method questions. This second Round interview was not nearly as professional as the first round and you could tell some of these people were not trained as well in conducting interviews. The first round interview was much better. After the interview, they told me they would be in touch with me in the near future. The company basically ghosts you if they realize they have no need for you. I had to reach out to them twice over the course of two months to get any sort of update. I had several other job offers at the time and was trying to make an informed decision for myself and they didn't even have the decency to tell me that I didn't get the job or a ballpark estimate of when a final decision would be made. I ended up taking a job elsewhere as they seemed to refuse to indicate when a final decision will be made or if I didn’t get the position. I think it speaks volumes about how they treat people. If you aren't any value to them, they cut you off with little to no explanation. I always thought I would love working for this company, but after going through this process and learning what they are really about I would never work for this company in a million years. I've interviewed for minimum wage jobs in high school that were more professional and treated me with more respect than what I experienced throughout a majority of this process.

The interview process was painless. Very straightforward questions and nice people. Great place to work. They explain everything in detail and it is very clear. You would be lucky to get a job at such a great company. Lots of fun perks and events. I spent a little over 4 years here and loved it. I would go back if I ever was close to a dealership again. I enjoyed my time and grew as a designer. It was quite a commute for me but I didn't mind it because I loved the job.
