Analista
Questions about my CV and why I had applied. What I could contribute, what differentiated me, and what my strengths and weaknesses were. Explanation of the tasks to be performed and questions about the pace of work. Explanation of the work schedule and with which team I would work.
- What have you studied? Where have you worked? In what position, what were your functions, etc.
Operational Risk Analyst
The process is good, it's done through AIRA. It's straightforward: you do aptitude tests and a 1-minute video presentation. Then, an interview with management helps finalize details for the area.
- Tell me about your previous experience in the area.
- What data analysis tools are you familiar with?
- Are you a graduate or do you have a degree?
Systems Engineering Graduate
The interview was with the head of the area. It lasted 30 minutes. It was friendly. Direct questions were asked. They describe the functions and what they expect, and ask if you have any questions before ending the meeting.
- What is your experience and what functions did you perform?
Internal Controls Analyst
The references from my previous employer made the interview process a lot simpler. Initially, they inquired about my interest in working at Mibanco and my understanding of the company's mission and vision. The process concluded with a short discussion about my career path.
- Why are you interested in working here and how do you think you can contribute to the team?
