First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Miba.
Manager
The company uses third-party companies for initial screening, and then internal interviews begin. Once the candidate pool is narrowed down to 3-4 individuals, they are presented to the Manager for evaluation. It's a straightforward and transparent process, leaving no room for doubt about how it works.

Head Human Capital
I had 2 face-to-face rounds for the Head Human Capital role at Miba Engineering Center in Pune. The first round went really well, the MD was a great person. But in the second round, the HR manager started yelling at me and used bad words. It seemed like he was upset about not getting a promotion himself. It was awkward that the other 3 people on the panel, including the MD and a woman from Vienna, didn't say anything. You could tell there were issues internally. As a woman, I felt really embarrassed and later emailed the MD about it. They didn't hire me because the HR manager voted against me, and the whole thing was a really bad experience for me. I don't know what they did about that HR manager.
- I felt they got a lot of valuable information from my interview for free.
Key Account Manager
There were a total of 3 interviews with people from different levels. The process seemed professional overall, but I had to actively ask multiple times to schedule interviews. During the interviews, there was no indication of whether they were going well or not, as the interviewers were very factual. Normally, after interviews, you have a feeling about the direction it's heading, but that feeling didn't come up in any of the 3 interviews.
- What are your expectations from your manager?
