Graduate Engineer Trainee
Cool, if we speak English, it's quite simple to understand. You need to be able to explain yourself and show interest in the company. They welcome you in the lobby by the secretary Anne Sophie and explain how the interview will unfold through different methods for clients, who are the clients and have advantages of the company.

Assistant Professor
I sent in my resume and teaching philosophy. That was the hardest part; the rest was quite simple. I had one chat with the department head and another with a different faculty member. It all happened really fast. I liked how they handled it.

Another Visiting Assistant Professor told me about this job, so I applied. Things moved fast after that, and they were responsive. I guess they knew what they were looking for, and I had already taught these subjects before.
