Special Projects
It was a pretty straightforward process, with standard questions that weren't too tough if you've prepared. There were about seven questions and a panel of three people. At the start, they explained what the role involves.
- Could you tell me about your experience?
Customer Feedback Management Agent
The interview process was really professional, pleasant, and timely. The questions were reasonable and applicable to the position and about myself professionally. The interviewer was transparent and open to feedback throughout the interview process.
- Can you tell me about your career interests?
Naturalist
I applied online, and then they contacted me for an interview. I wanted to do it via Skype because I'm on the other side of the country, but they said I had to fly out at my own expense. When I asked how many people they were considering, they said 7, so I decided to withdraw my application. Thanks for the interest, though.
- Are you willing to cover your own travel costs for the interview?
Counselor
First, I had to apply online, print out the application, and personally turn it in. Then, I got a call for an interview, which was around Spring Break. The interview for first-year applicants like me was different from those who had prior experience. Since it was my first job, I thought it was easier than I expected. After the interview, there was a mandatory drug test downtown, a lot of paperwork to complete, and then training.
- What protocol would you follow if you were on a field trip?
- What are three alternative activities you could suggest to a camper who doesn't want to play basketball?
