So, there were 2 rounds in total. First, an HR round, and then a technical round. The technical questions were pretty direct. They didn't really ask about Data Structures or Algorithms, but instead focused on skill-based questions, your past experience, and projects you've worked on.

Technical

HR reached out, and I was given a C# assessment to do. It was pretty straightforward, and I put time into it, but then I just never got a response back. It feels like the effort you put in isn't really considered when they don't even bother to follow up.

Behavioral Presentation

Got referred by someone working there, and it took about a week to schedule the interview. The interview itself was a few hours long at their NYC HQ. I met with department heads, some SVPs, and people from other teams I'd work with. The final part was meeting each of the two owners one-on-one. Definitely research the company's history before going! Oh, and the owners are really into sports.
