it was super easy, they didn't ask me any questions but instead gave me an overview of the job and what to expect during training and the first few weeks. I was ready to share more about myself, but they didn't ask any more questions.

I first had a 30 min chat with the recruiter, which was super informative about the role, what they expect, and the org/dept. Then I had the hiring manager interview, which I think went well. The recruiter kept me updated on everything until after the hiring manager interview. After that, I got ghosted. I emailed and texted twice for an update, but 17 days later, still no response or word.

I applied online and got a text the next day asking about my availability. The interview was about 30 minutes and pretty casual. I spoke with the recruiter, who had only been there a week and didn't seem to know much or have answers to my questions. Her manager was also there to help her out.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was fast, direct, and relaxed. There were no lengthy tests or intimidating panel interviews. The recruiters were nice, responded quickly, and were encouraging, which made the process less stressful. The interviews gave me the necessary insight to confirm this was the right role for me. It was exciting to see the founder and other staff I spoke with were clearly invested in the company's success.
