First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MHN.
Customer Service Representative
I spoke with two women for about 30 minutes who were really nice, friendly, and told me a lot about the job and what they expect. They made me feel like I really wanted to be part of their team, like a family. They smiled the whole time and answered everything I asked very thoroughly. I think it's a great company.
- How would you approach a situation involving someone with a mental health issue?
Care Manager
I got a call from the company about a week after applying on their website. That was 6 years ago. I met with four people total. Two were supervisors, and the others were the Clinical Manager and Director. That was the only interview. I got an offer about 3 weeks after, but it would have been sooner if not for a hiring freeze.
- What makes you want to work in this role?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was good. I was in front of a panel that included three supervisors who each rotated the questions given for me to answer. They were writing all of your responses to the questions so there was not a lot of eye contact during the interview.
- What are your thoughts on customer service?
Account Service Representative
I had a face to face interview with the Account Manager.
