I went through 3 rounds of interviews. First up was HR, then a chat with a Systems Engineer, and finally, I met with the CIO and several other Systems Engineers. I thought I did well overall, but I didn't end up getting an offer, which is fine. After a week of silence, I followed up about the decision timeline but never heard back. It's pretty rough not to get a quick heads-up when you've invested hours in prepping and interviewing. Definitely a bit of a red flag there.

It was easy. They asked about my certification, past experience, and future goals. The AD gave me a tour of the building, introduced me to some staff and residents, and explained the typical daytime routine.

The process was short and they didn't really stick to a script. They looked over my resume and it seemed like they just needed to hire anyone, not necessarily the best fit. I had to wait a long time in the lobby for my interviewer, and it felt like I was bothering them.

Got a call back for an interview super quick, like within 3 hours of applying! Then I had an in-person interview later that week, and they offered me the job within two weeks. Started onboarding online and then did an in-person orientation with some paperwork.
