I applied mid-May and got contacted the first week of June for an initial screening. Had a 30 minute standard call with HR, and then scheduled a follow-up interview for the next week with one of the two directors. It was a 60% conversational / 40% structured interview. I didn't move past that stage but got contacted about a month later.

I was hired through the Bulfinch Temp Agency, but the department conducted the interview process. I actually met the department head at an event I volunteered at, and he then asked me to come to his office. We talked about my background, what I was interested in, my skills, and how much time I could commit. After that, he hired me to work closely with the staff.
