First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Meyer Corporation U.S..
Manager
The whole thing took about a month from my first chat with the recruiter until the very end. There were 3 rounds in total. First, I spoke with the recruiter, then I met with the hiring manager, and finally, I talked to some of the folks I'd be collaborating with.
- What's your approach to dealing with conflict between different teams?
Brand Manager
The process was pretty straightforward, though it did take them a considerable amount of time to reach a decision. It started with a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by another phone screen with the hiring manager. After that, I went in for an in-person interview where I met with four individuals from the marketing team.
- Describe your ability to collaborate with others.
- Can you detail your responsibilities and accomplishments in your previous role?
Marketing
I applied online and had a quick informal phone chat. Then I came in for a one-on-one meeting with my potential manager. After that, I went back for another one-on-one, this time with my manager's manager. Finally, I had a group interview with two of my future colleagues.
- What's your strategy for managing multiple tasks simultaneously?
- How do you handle a mix of exciting projects and routine, less engaging tasks?
Assistant Engineer
There was a video call for self-introduction, then a one-on-one with HR. After that, we had a group interview involving games, followed by a group interview with a senior from the department. The process concluded with a one-on-one interview with the department.
