Customer Success Manager
It was a 2-month process. First, I had an interview with the hiring manager, and then a case study. I didn't get much feedback on the case study. Ultimately, they decided not to move forward because they wanted someone with hospitality experience, which they could have mentioned upfront.

Customer Success Manager
So I had 5 interviews in total. First, I had to record myself talking about my background. Then, I had a call with HR, followed by a call with the Hiring Manager. After that, there was a business case exercise. Finally, I had another call with the Hiring Manager.

Customer Success Manager
The interview process was really smooth, professional, and I actually enjoyed it. It started with a chat to see if I was a good fit for the role and the company culture. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager who focused on the specifics of the job. After that, there was a final interview with someone who was N+3 levels above me, which also focused on the role. Honestly, with each step, I felt more and more motivated to join the company.
- Were questions largely role-focused to ensure ability to perform on the job?
- Were questions about the theory of Customer Success and how this can be applied in practice?
