Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MetTel.
National Account Manager
It was a progressive process, with interviews with 2 executive directors. There were 3 interviews total. They were very open about the company and position. Good feedback was provided throughout the process. I was always kept up to date as to where I stood compared to the other candidates. There were no real brainteasers or complicated tests. It was a pretty straight forward process.

Account Manager
The interview experience was a bit disorganized upon arrival as there wasn't a clear reception area. The interview itself felt quite dull, and the people didn't seem overly enthusiastic about working there. Following the interview, I completed a lengthy 150-question personality test where I had to manually sum the scores for each section, without any explanation of its purpose or subsequent feedback. However, I did receive a callback for a second interview, suggesting I passed the initial stages.

Account Manager
I applied online and i started with a phone screening, where they asked various questions related to my skill set and background. The next day I received an email to come in for a face-to-face interview with HR. When I arrived they had me fill out a personality quiz and job application. The quiz took around 10 mins to complete. I then met with the head of HR for about 15 mins. It was your standard interview question. I then met with the head of Customer Care for around 20-30 mins. They then told me that they would be reaching out to me in the next few days. I received an email the next morning saying that they would like to move forward with me and if i could please send them 3 references. A few days later they emailed me once again with a job offer. The process took around 3-4 weeks.
