The interview process was pretty straightforward. We did the interview over Microsoft Teams. They asked me some easy questions about my skills and about myself. They did, however, give me a tricky test. I had to do a test where I had to identify measurements on a measuring tape. There was one more test where they had me look at a floor plan and identify highlighted features on it. It wasn't too hard, but the floor plan was missing lineweights and poche and stuff a floor plan usually has so it was a bit hard to read.

The hiring process took about a month and started with a chat with a recruiter. Then there was a technical test and two more interviews. The last interviews were about system design, coding, and if I'd be a good fit for the team. They kept me updated and I always knew what to expect.

To apply for college aide roles, first get a login and password from your school career advisor. Use this to access the portal and submit your resume to chosen departments. After applying, I waited about a month to hear back. A hiring manager from one of the departments I applied to contacted me by phone to set up an onsite interview. The manager was very nice. A week or two later, the manager told me she was choosing between me and another candidate, so she asked me to come in again for more questions. Another week or two after that, I got a call offering me the position.
