It started with a recorded phone call, which may be different for locals since I was out of state. Then I had a live phone interview with the Rehab Director. Finally, I was flown in for an in-person interview. The live interview was split into three parts: first, I met with employees not in the department to check for cultural fit. Second, I spoke with the Rehab Director about the job details. Lastly, I met with two OTs to get a sense of my potential peers. Everyone was very professional and welcoming.

It was a meet and greet for a new grad residency program. They had different booths and tables set up for various departments and local hospitals. It was like a career fair where you'd stand in line for about 15-20 minutes for each interview. You might get an offer that day, or they might call you later. It's possible to get one offer, multiple offers, or no offer at all.
