First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Metroplex Management Group.
Marketing Assistant
It was another one of those multi-round interview processes. First, there was a quick virtual Zoom meeting with one of the marketers where they asked about me and why I thought I'd be a great fit for their company. Second, there was an in-person meeting at their office, which is a nice-looking one. I had to fill out an application, then talk to one of their managers, and they went through the job details, compensation, and so on.

Customer Service Representative
The people at the front desk were really nice and professional, and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. The hiring manager was also very professional and gave me a lot of information. They answered all my questions and said they wanted me to come back for a second interview so I could meet the rest of the team and decide if Metroplex was a good fit for me.
- What made you interested in applying to our company?
Management Trainee
The first interview is with the Officer Manager. Then, there's an on-site interview with a Site Supervisor for a firsthand look at the job. You can often schedule a second interview for the same day. Our Management Training Program begins everyone at an entry level, aiming to help them reach a management position faster than most jobs. It can also be very profitable if you're willing to work hard.
- What are your professional aspirations for the next five years?
Sales Representative
The interview experience was a good one. The employer and I were on time, and the conversation started promptly. It wrapped up in about 15 minutes. I was asked general stuff like my past jobs, if I had reliable transportation, and what I looked for in a company. I learned a lot and got a solid grasp of the company. Then, I was invited back for a second interview later the same day. This second one was a bit tougher, but I think being yourself is key. It was definitely a deliberate second step. All in all, it wasn't an overly tough process.
- Can you describe your ability to collaborate with colleagues?
- How effectively do you interact with others?
