Technical Presentation

The process was super long. I applied back in September 2025 and did a phone interview that month. Then I had my first interview, it was virtual, in October 2025. After that, I didn't hear back until November 2025, right before Thanksgiving. In November, they asked me for a second interview, which involved doing an in-person presentation. After that interview, again, no communication for weeks. Finally, I got a rejection email in January 2026.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really messy and all over the place. The first recruiter call was fine and professional, but the next one with a manager was a late start and just felt weird. They kept getting interrupted, had to stop to find stuff, and I didn't really get to answer questions fully. It felt unwelcoming, not collaborative or professional, and honestly, it was pretty frustrating and gave me a bad vibe about the company.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was smooth and seamless. The people interviewing were very nice and bounced ideas off of one another. The interview can be conducted in person or over Zoom. It wasn't a scary experience and felt more like a casual conversation. At the end, they asked if I had any questions for them. I would strongly suggest asking a question regarding the position to show you care and are interested!

The hiring process was quite lengthy, lasting about six weeks. I had to follow up multiple times, but my calls weren't returned. The interviewer was unable to provide updates on my application status or confirm if my candidacy was submitted for approval. The initial training was insufficient, leaving me to figure out the software and documentation procedures for utilization reviews on my own. There was no clear communication about the required productivity levels to maintain employment, irrespective of the reasons for any shortfall.

  • Nothing unusual was asked.
