It was a straightforward process. I had an interview with three women who asked me questions from their prepared lists. After passing that, I interviewed with the Practice Director, which went well. I received a call the same day to provide references.

The interviewer, who was the Nurse manager of the Maternal Child unit, seemed unskilled and acted like I was bothering her. During the interview, people came in with paperwork, and she did paperwork, texted, and answered her phone while I was talking and answering her questions. When I greeted the staff, they looked away or walked away when they saw her coming, giving off bad vibes like they were afraid of her. It was very unprofessional and she lacked interview skills.
