First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Metro Sales.
Technology Consultant
The recruiter I connected with was incredible. They were friendly, honest, kind, encouraging, quick to respond, and upfront with all the info I needed to make a good choice about the process. The Manager was great overall, asked some really good questions, paid attention, and seemed genuinely interested in me as a person. They worked hard to make sure this role was a good fit for both me and the company.

Lead Generator
The interview process was brief, consisting of 3 rounds and completed within a 2-week timeframe. It had a casual and relaxed atmosphere. During one of the later interviews, I was given a tour of the new facility and had the chance to talk with some current sales representatives about the role.
- What motivated you to pursue a career in sales?
Technical Service Representative
There were four interviews total. Three were with Service Managers, and the last one was with the Service Director. They asked a lot of behavioral questions, mostly about customer service and interactions. The interviews can seem a bit intense, but don't stress too much. They're looking for thoughtful, clear answers and want you to express interest in the job during one of the middle interviews.
- Can you determine the rotation direction of the last gear in a sequence of five connected gears, given the first gear spins clockwise?
- Describe a time you dealt with an unhappy customer and explain your approach.
Sales Administrative Assistant
I had one interview where it was just me and the head of the department. It was about an hour long, and they asked a bunch of questions to see what experience I have, how I solve problems, and how I work with others on a team.
- What experience do you have that will support your job function here?
