Started with a zoom call with the regional VP. Then had a second zoom interview with another regional and an HR person. The coordination for both interviews was really good.

I had 4 interviews in total, and ended up driving out of state for a lunch with my potential boss. The first three interviews and lunch were all within the same week in March. About a week later, I was informed that the position was no longer available due to company changes, which was a bummer. Then, earlier this month (May), I was contacted again because the position had become available. I had to complete one more interview with the VP. I was told I'd hear back by the end of that week, but didn't. I reached out the following week for an update, and a few days later was told the position was on-hold again. They asked to keep my info on file, but I had already accepted another offer. I'm disappointed because I thought it would have been a great opportunity, but I didn't want to keep waiting around. Everyone I interviewed with was professional, but the company seems disorganized and unsure of what's happening.

We quickly responded to your application and invited you for an interview. The position was filled the next day, but then a day later we called to see if you were still available as something else opened up. You went for the interview and the drug test was done in the same office on the manager's desk in front of all new employees. We also openly discussed pay rates, so everyone knew what everyone else was getting paid in different locations.
