First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Metro Mattress.
Sales Associate
It started with a phone call, then a zoom meeting, followed by two weeks of training in select locations. The people were very nice, honest and likeable. They actually listened and didn't make it stressful. It wasn't robotic and was an enjoyable process.
- What can you tell us about yourself?

- What would your family say about you if they were under the influence of a truth serum?
- What is your preferred management style?
